I had a great time at Lonnie Teper’s NPC BMR West Coast Classic on June 25th.  The show was even bigger than last year with 175 competitiors (140 last year).  Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler guest posed again.  It was held at El Monte High School and the place was jammed packed.  I spent most of my time at MissFit’s Unlimited  Fits booth; she designed the awesome contest t-shirts! unlimitedfits.com .  Check out his website at npcwestcoast.com for thousand of contest and candid photos from the event!
